The number thirteen and rebellion against God go hand in hand.
It is when the depravity in our hearts comes to the surface and
then we activity sin against God in defiance against Him. This is
different than sinning against God by mistake. The rebellion,
defiance and depravity against God is deliberate. This world
is at that sad place right now and unfortunately it will get worse
as time progresses. .
The most obvious passage in the Word of God that describes
the biblical number thirteen being associated with rebellion
and depravity is found in Mark 7:21-22. Jesus mentions
thefts, (6) covetousness, (7) wickedness, (8) deceit,
(9) lasciviousness, (10) an evil eye, (11) blasphemy,
) pride, (13) foolishness." This is what comes out of
the heart apart from Jesus Christ working through our spirit.
It would be good if we look at these sins and check
our heart. If you feel that you committed one or some
of these sins then by all means repent before God but
please don't live any of these transgressions against
God as a lifestyle. If we do then the very meaning of
the number "Thirteen" will come true in our lives and
our hearts will become depraved with the signature of
rebellion in our conscience.
Did you ever listen to a person speak and feel the demons
coming out of him or her? I can tell right away. It is interesting
that the antichrist is featured in Revelation chapter "Thirteen.
" He will have the ultimate depraved heart in his rebellion
against God. He will be very convincing but his power will
come from the Devil.
It is also interesting to me that the word dragon is found
"Thirteen" times in the book of Revelation. In Revelation
12:9 the word dragon seems to be a symbol for the Devil.
" And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent,
called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole
world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were
cast out with him." Here are the verses that use the word
dragon in the book of Revelation. 12:3, 12:4, and in 12:7
the word dragon is mentioned twice, 12:9, 12:13, 12:16
, 12:17, 13:2, 13;4, 13;11, 16:13 and 20:2. This adds up
to "Thirteen." If you don't believe the ultimate depravity
and rebellion is coming to earth then just read the book
f Revelation. God will not hold this time period off much longer.
Do not be shocked if you see the inhabitants of this world
lose their innocence and fall deeper into depravity and
rebellion. If we truly live for Jesus Christ we will suffer
persecution." (12) Yea, and all that will live godly in
Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution. (13) But evil
men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving
, and being deceived." 2 Timothy 12-13.

if you know what I mean. They don't care about you. They
don't even know your name; however, they do want your
soul for all eternity. Of course I am speaking to the people
that have been left behind after the rapture of the Church.
That is what this whole thing is all about although they will
try and pawn it off to something physical. For example
they might say it's the economy, that's all it is but don't
believe this deception because the antichrist will be lying.
He wants you to take the mark and cause you to fall into
the fires of hell for all eternity.

meaning of the number thirteen will be in the heart
of men especially the leaders. On the other hand God
loves us so much and cares for us more than we could

Compassion of the Holy Spirit.
Haman hated the Jews and sure enough according
to Esther 3:8-13 he signed a law on the "Thirteenth"
day to put all Jews of his day to death. Hatred, depravity
, rebellion leading to death with the signature of "Thirteen"
being stamped by God Himself in His Word. Don't you
think it is time we make a strong stand for love in the
Person of Jesus Christ? Both love and hate are strong
emotions but with hate we will have to keep feeding it
over and over. It is never content. There will never be
that warm blanket of closure in our spirit if we have
rebellion in our hearts.
"I know thy rebellion, and thy stiff neck: behold, while
I am yet alive with you this day, ye have been rebellious
against the Lord: and how much more after my death?
" Deuteronomy 31:27. I heard a preacher say that when
Moses was alive they were rebellious "Thirteen" times
when they were in the wilderness. After Moses died there
were "Thirteen" divisions of land. It would take hours for me
to verify this in the Bible but I would not be surprised if this
were true. I don't know but I can tell you that rebellion
because of a depraved heart can only lead to strife and division.
Israel went on a journey from Egypt to Jordan. There are
21 sins mentioned from Exodus 14:10-21 to Numbers 25:1-9.
The "Thirteenth" is when they refused to possess the land even
though God already provided the victory for them. Once again
we see an option that God gives us which is faith in Him or
rebel against God. If we are walking with God we are going
to choose faith but if we are living our own life we will choose to rebel.
Twenty One (The number of sins Israel committed against
God) ----------- minus
Thirteen (Refusing to possess the land)----------- equals
Eight (The number for the new birth or new beginnings in
Jesus Christ).
This could not be more clear. If we honestly repent of our
rebellion against God because of our sins against Him we
will obtain our new birth in Jesus Christ as we accept Him
as our Savior and Lord.
Most people reading this article will see that there is a vast
difference between rebellion in our heart and a changed life
in Jesus Christ. If rebellion in the heart against God continues
a downward spiral into depravity and death will be the end result.
There is a better way. One would be wise to repent of all his or
her sins and accept Jesus Christ as personal Savior and Lord.
Live for Him and let Jesus Christ work through your heart.
This will be the most important decision you will ever make in your life because it is a choice for everlasting life in heaven.
